Due to the nature of pet food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

· Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

· A full refund

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Issues
